The company was protesting over Brooklyn’s bid to trademark the phrase “Becks Buns” with the Patent and Trademark Office.

Last year, he applied to officially rubber-stamp the phrase under classifications such as sauces, beers, wines, sauces, clothing, and even kitchen knives.

But now the warring parties have come to an agreement.

US firm Buster Hot Sauce Inc, which filed the trademark application, has agreed to delete the two classifications which are linked to “Beer” and “Distilled spirits; wine; mirin in the nature of Japanese shochu-based mixed liquor”.

The deletion of those classifications was “in compliance with a third party agreement”, which should mean it’s a formality for the trademark to now be allowed.

The alcohol giants had enlisted hotshot lawyer Nadya Davis, from Holland & Hart LLP, while Brooklyn hired trademark legal specialists Merchant & Gould PC.

Brooklyn had his hands full for this legal battle, as Brauerei Beck & Co’s fought numerous US firms for using similar words such as Secks, Brasserie Beck, Becks Master Brew and Buck’s Landing.

Brauerei Beck & Co’s parent company AB InBev is one of the world’s biggest breweries with “21 iconic billion-dollar brands” and one in four lagers sold throughout the world comes from the firm, according to its website.

This includes Stella, Budweiser, Corona Extra, Carling, Skol and Jupiler.

Meanwhile, the star’s feud with his family still wages on.

A source added to us: “The children hardly feature - it’s simply not a case of Brooklyn and Nicola being cut, as they weren’t in it to start with.

“This is very much a project focussing on Victoria’s transaction from pop star to businesswoman and designer.”

The Sun has learned that Victoria comes across “brilliantly” - continuing from her scene-stealing one-liners in David’s own four-parter.
