Jurors heard that, in September 2021, pair “engaged in consensual sexual activity”.

On their second date, Capron allegedly asked the woman to wear a blindfold then filmed her while he hit her with a paddle.

Reading Crown heard he then sent two videos to a friend from pilot school.

The woman said she was not aware she was being recorded and did not consent to Capron filming.

She told jurors she was “taken aback” when Capron spanked her during sex but said she “did not have a problem with it”.

The flight attendant also said she was “happy” to put on a blindfold but claimed when it moved up slightly, she noticed a phone light.

She said was open on the screen – with “squares” that she believed showed two videos had been sent.

Jurors heard despite them both working in the same industry, neither the attendant or Capron had met before.

After matching on Tinder in August 2021, they went on a first date in a pub the following month.

The pair met up again four days later when the woman went to Capron’s house.

Jane Davies, prosecuting, said: “When she arrived on that occasion, the defendant had been messaging his friend Steven Farnworth.

“He told the complainant he had told Steve about her and that he was a friend of his from his pilot training days.”

After engaging in sexual activity, the woman was said to be “furious” when she discovered Capron had allegedly recorded her.

Jurors heard she challenged the pilot about the videos and “made it clear she had not consented to being filmed”.

Capron told her was replying to Steve, who asked him “what he was doing”, it was said.

He then allegedly apologised and agreed to delete the videos, telling the woman: “I’m glad you caught me, because I should not have done it.”

Jurors must find whether Capron, who denies one count of voyeurism, knew the stewardess did not consent to the recording.

The trial continues.
