A 14-YEAR-OLD has been left with a brain bleed after a horror crash between an e-bike and a car with cops arresting another teenager.
The horror collision involved a Surron electric bike and a just before 7.30pm on Newport Road in yesterday, said cops.

A 14-year-old travelling on the bike suffered a bleed to the brain and was taken to James Cook University Hospital.
He was later transferred to ‘s Royal Victoria Infirmary, said Cleveland Police.
The other rider of the e-bike, an 18-year-old man, was also taken to James Cook University Hospital.
He suffered an open fracture to his left ankle and a break to his other leg, police said.
The woman the BMW was checked over by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital suffering with bruising and shock.
The 18-year-old rider of the Surron was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving, driving without a licence, no , driving under the influence and possession of an offensive weapon.
Both roads were closed for several hours as emergency workers treated the teenager and another man at the scene, Cleveland Police said.
Officers investigating the collision have urged anyone with information to come forward.
