A young boy in Thailand has been left profoundly traumatized after classmates infamously tattooed a vulgar word across his forehead using a makeshift tattoo gun.
The distressing incident took place in Kanchanaburi province, western Thailand, where a 10-year-old boy named Kao was targeted by a group of individuals he thought were friends.

The children etched the word “p***y” onto his forehead in a horrifying act of bullying.
They did not stop there; Kao’s arms and legs were also marked with crude designs.
Images of the boy's tattooed skin quickly circulated on social media, igniting outrage worldwide.
Among those who viewed the photos was Janjira “Frame” Kaewket, a local eyebrow tattoo artist.
Kaewket, who owns the Chaiyaphum Beautiful Eyebrows salon in Kanchanaburi, decided to intervene and help the boy free of charge.
She offered to remove the tattoos using laser treatment, relieving him and his family of the financial burden of the procedure.
On October 4, Kao underwent his first session. Footage captured him wearing protective goggles as the laser treatment commenced.
“I was astonished that someone would have the audacity to tattoo such a young child,” Kaewket remarked.
“But I assured him that the tattoos could easily be removed because they were made with a tool, a sewing needle attached to a pen.”
She explained that while the removal itself took 15 minutes, the preparation was more time-consuming.
“The removal process only took 15 minutes to complete, but we had to keep the anaesthetic on for about an hour due to the boy's young age,” she stated.
The damage extended beyond his forehead.
“It wasn’t solely on his forehead; there were over ten spots on his legs, all of which we successfully removed for him,” she added.
Kaewket also revealed that Kao had not acted independently.
The boy had “simply been following the instructions of older children,” she explained.
Fortunately, the tattoos were not deeply embedded, indicating that the damage can be reversed with approximately three laser sessions.

Thanks to the prompt intervention, the words and designs are expected to fade completely.
The case quickly gained traction across Thai social media.
Many users labeled the act as “inhumane” and condemned those involved.
“Shame on those who did this to him,” one commenter expressed.
“Who could be so cruel?” another questioned.
Others commended Kaewket for her compassion and generosity.
“Not all heroes wear capes,” one user noted.
“Thank you to this incredibly kind woman,” added another.
“Her kindness is commendable. The world needs more people like her,” a third user stated.
