Boy, 10, dies after collision with delivery van as cops launch urgent appeal for dashcam footage

A TEN-YEAR-OLD boy has died following a collision with a delivery van – police are urgently appealing for dashcam footage.

Wiltshire Police rushed to the scene on Oak Close, Tidworth, at around 7:05pm on Wednesday.

Sadly, the child passed away at the scene.

A man in his 40s was driving the van and stopped at the scene.

Police have confirmed no arrests have been made.

Witnesses to the collision or anyone with footage are urged to contact cops immediately.

They added: “His next of kin are aware and our thoughts are with them at this extremely difficult time.

“They are being supported by specially-trained officers.”;
