A BODY found near a city park has been confirmed as a missing man who vanished more than a month ago.
The grim discovery was made in on Thursday afternoon, bringing a tragic end to the search for 53-year-old Paulo.

He had not been seen since March 14, when he was last spotted in the Kingswood Retail Park area.
Paulo was officially reported to cops as missing on April 8.
Cops launched an appeal earlier this week as concern grew for his welfare.
Now officers have confirmed the heartbreaking that Paulo’s body has been found.
The force said that they do not believe the death to be suspicious.
Officers say their enquires remain open as they seek to “establish the circumstances” surrounding his death.
A Humberside spokesperson said: “The body has been recovered from the area, and we can now confirm the body to be that of missing 53-year-old Paulo, who was reported missing on Wednesday, 8 April 2026.
“Paulo’s family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
“Our thoughts remain with them at this difficult time.
“Enquiries remain ongoing to establish the circumstances around his death, which is not being treated as suspicious at this time.”
