BOBBY Brazier has opened up about his surprise EastEnders exit at the NTAs.
We revealed that Bobby, 22, is moving to India to pursue the Hare Krishna religion.



Tonight, the suited and booted soap star attended the National Television Awards and confirmed he was leaving the BBC show.
Speaking to The Sun, he said: “Yeah I’m leaving.
“Since it was confirmed, the last three months I’ve been there I really enjoyed. I enjoyed it more the last three months than I had done previously.”
He admitted he’ll have “mixed emotions” on his last day.
The humble actor added: “I’ve been lucky. I don’t know if I can call it an achievement because I’ve relied on so many other people. It’s been nice.”

And Bobby, who is leaving his role as Freddie Slater, is planning to stay in a commune there.
It is a major decision for the actor after raised his profile in 2023 and he in the same year.
A source said: “Bobby is really excited and happy about his move to India. He’s been telling everyone about it and preaching to them about why he is devoted to Hare Krishna.
“He’s such a nice young man, his heart is in the right place, but some people are surprised that he’s walking away from his career at a time when he’s on such a high with it.
“He says he expects to be over there for a long while, at least a year, so maybe he will pick up on his career eventually when he’s back.”
Bobby, whose dad is TV star , adopted the religion as he “sought solace” following the death of his mum in 2009 when he was five.
Last year, he was seen dancing and chanting with others who were in the religion’s robes in Oxford Street, London.
He has become a regular at the Hare Krishna temple in London’s Soho, taking part in communal prayers, chants and helping to prepare meals for others.
