Blyth Spartans make incredible Cristiano Ronaldo transfer bid… offering Man Utd a pie and a pint of Stella

A NON-LEAGUE club have made a stunning offer for Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese star wants out of the Red Devils but has yet to have any luck trying to find a new club.

Cristiano Ronaldo has been the subject of interest from a non-league side.

Ronaldo’s future at Old Trafford is up in the air following his controversial interview with Piers Morgan, in which the club are now considering ripping up his contract.

The attacker has failed to gain regular game time this season under new manager Erik ten Hag and has often been on the bench.

Ronaldo has only managed one goal in his ten Premier League appearances this season.

The 37-year-old had been linked with moves to former club Sporting Lisbon, Chelsea and the MLS but no transfer developed.

However, Blyth Spartans have jokingly offered Ronaldo a new home and have off Manchester United “a shy’s pie and a pint of Stella” for the once most expensive player in the world.

The club tweeted: “Hi Manchester United. We hear Cristiano Ronaldo is looking for a move?

“We’ll take him off your hands for a shy’s pie and a pint of Stella!”

Although, due to the attacker’s poor form this season, even Blyth fans are saying that they don’t want the five-time Ballon d’Or winner at their club.

One tweeted: “Don’t think he’s enough to save use from the drop this season.”

Another said: “He ain’t getting the 7 off Richardson!”

A third added: “Poor mans Curtis Round.”

A fourth commented: “I’d sooner bring Robbiedinho out of retirement.”

Blyth are not the only club that have tried to sign a star from the Premier League, as Ashton United submitted a loan offer for Manchester City’s Erling Haaland.

The club have argued that they can help the striker maintain his fitness during the break for the World Cup, with his native Norway failing to qualify.

However, they are yet to hear back if their offer has been successful from Manchester City.
