THESE days Will Best is riding high in his career as one of the hosts of Big Brother.
But before finding primetime fame, the popular presenter, 41, was brutally axed from another TV show.

In 2011, was just starting out on his road to TV fame when he landed a hosting gig on T4 and Freshly Squeezed.
The music based shows, which aired on , were aimed at teenagers and young people, and ran for many years.
However, sadly for Will, he was axed from the presenting gig after less than a year.
Telling the story on and ‘s podcast, Will said: “So I was doing T4, The Crush, which I took over from , Freshly Squeezed, and it was all going great.
“And then there was a sort of two-week period one summer where my agent got a call saying, ‘Bad news, T4’s going, but don’t worry because The Crush is going to carry on and Freshly Squeezed is going to carry on.’
“So I was like, ‘It’s fine.'”
Continuing, he said: “And then a few days later, ‘Listen, there’s good news, there’s bad news.’ And I was ‘Okay.’
“‘The Crush, that’s gone, but Freshly Squeezed isn’t.’
“And then a couple of days after that, ‘Do you remember that Freshly Squeezed thing? Well, so it all kind of went.’
“And it all stopped very abruptly. In like a week.”

Will then added: “That was kind of a weird, scary time.
“That is one of the reasons why I have always wanted to do stuff outside of TV and have my little grubby little fingers in other pies.”
Will is referring to how, together with his friend Henry Farnham, he set up a drinks company, Bloody Drinks, specialising in canned Bloody Mary cocktails.
It’s even stocked in , , and a host of other and across the UK
Meanwhile, despite being fired from T4, a few years later Will returned to Channel 4.
He was given another lifeline and went on to be one of the hosts on 4Music, which was started when T4 ended.
Will hosted daily shows on the channel alongside the likes of and also his Big Brother co-host .
After he left 4Music, the popular presenter also hosted Dance, Dance, Dance alongside .
However in 2023, Will landed his biggest show to date, when he got the job of hosting the rebooted for alongside .
The dynamic duo proved to be a HUGE success and have continued to present the iconic reality show, as well as it’s celebrity spin-off series.
Will is also on the airwaves every morning as one of the hosts of Hits Radio.
