Tsibiri town in Maradun Local Government Area of Zamfara State has been turned into a graveyard, following a gruesome attack by bandits who slaughtered residents, abducted many.

This was revealed in a Thursday post by a prominent security analyst, Bakatsine, on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter).

According to the analyst, the once-thriving community now lies in ruins.

“Tsibiri town in Maradun LGA of Zamfara State, has been turned into a graveyard. Bandits slaughtered people, kidnapped many and left the town in ruins. This is not just insecurity, this is abandonment. How many more towns must fall before action is taken?,”; Bakatsine asked.

He further shared pictures of what the community has become.

As of press time, no official statement had been released by the Zamfara State Government or security agencies regarding the Tsibiri attack.
