Bandits kill two villagers in Katsina’s Kankara LGA

Armed bandits have killed two villagers in Tudu Village, Kankara Local Government Area of Katsina State, following an attack on Tuesday.

The incident was contained in a statement issued on Wednesday by security analyst Zagazola Makama on X.

According to the report, the attack occurred around 11 a.m., prompting the swift deployment of troops from Operation FANSAN YANMA to confront the assailants.

Despite the security response, the bandits shot and killed two residents, identified as Nasiru Chinnaka and Kamilu Mamman.

Their bodies were later evacuated to General Hospital Kankara.
