Bandits abduct two wives, daughter of businessman in Kano

Armed bandits have abducted the two wives and daughter of a wealthy businessman, Alhaji Musa Kande, in a late-night attack on his residence in Biresawa community, Tsanyawa Local Government Area of Kano State.

The incident, which occurred on Monday night, was made public by a security analyst, Bakatsine, in a post shared on X on Tuesday.

According to the post, the attackers stormed the home of Alhaji Kande around midnight, wielding sophisticated weapons and shooting sporadically to scare residents.

They reportedly made away with his two wives and a daughter, whose names have not yet been disclosed.

“Bandits have again struck in Biresawa, Tsanyawa LGA. Last night, they invaded the house of a prominent businessman, Alhaji Musa Kande, and kidnapped his two wives and a daughter,”; Bakatsine wrote.

As of the time of this report, police authorities in Kano State are yet to release an official statement regarding the abduction.
