BAKE Off: The Professionals 2026 is entering its final stretch, with the 11th series all set to crown a winner.
The pits teams of professional pastry chefs against each other rather than amateur bakers. Here’s everything we know.

When is the Bake Off: The Professionals final and how can I watch it?
Unlike the rest of the series, which has aired weekly on Tuesdays at 8pm since May 26, the final is being shown the night after the semi-final.
The semi-final was broadcast on Tuesday, July 21, with the final following tonight on Wednesday, July 22 at 8pm on .
The two episodes will also be available on , both live and afterwards for catch-up.
Twelve teams from hotels, restaurants, bakeries, and catering companies entered this year’s competition.
The four semi-finalists are:
- Emma and Flore of Lexington Catering
- Ashish and Loki of Edwardian Hotels
- Aubin and Avneet of The Stafford London
- Valentina and Aurora
Three teams will progress to Wednesday’s final.
What happens in the Bake Off: The Professionals 2026 final?
The final of : The Professionals 2026 will see the remaining teams take on a “monumental” challenge.
Channel 4 says: “And in a completely new challenge for the spectacular final, the remaining teams are throwing every ounce of passion, skill and patisserie prowess into one monumental twelve-hour Masquerade Ball Banquet-themed challenge – where only absolute brilliance will be enough to claim this title.
“Judges Cherish and Benoit demand the teams hit the ground running in the longest challenge ever set, as they produce two desserts for a brutal halfway judging.
“After six relentless hours, one team will be sent home on the spot – leaving just two to go head-to-head for the coveted trophy as they work to complete a further three desserts and their banquets, producing five desserts in total… 45 of each… over 200 stunning creations in total.
“At the end of this epic patisserie battle, only one team can be crowned winner of Bake Off: The Professionals.”
