Gomis, 40, earned plenty of fans during his time in as he netted 17 times in 71 appearances for the Swans.

While his goal record was not the most impressive it was his celebration that gained the most attention.

The striker would crawl on the ground like a wild cat in a celebration that was called the “The Black Panther”.

It became a fan favourite and was even adopted into the widely played video game 17.

But it is unlikely Gomis will be performing the celebration in potential new role in .

The Frenchman has been reported to be an option for Ligue 2 side Troyes to take over as the sporting director.
