A BABY has tragically died in unexplained circumstances after falling ill at home.
The infant from Rose Hill, Oxford, was rushed to hospital where they passed away despite the best efforts of medics.

Police later visited the baby’s home, as is standard in the case of sudden or unexplained deaths.
The circumstances surrounding the death unexplained, but not thought to be suspicious, a police spokesperson said.
Witnesses reported seeing police officers, paramedics and critical care cars descend on the house.
A police spokesman said: “Thames Valley Police were called to an address in the Rose Hill area at just before 9am on Saturday to reports that a baby was unwell.
“Sadly, although the baby was taken to hospital, they later died. Our thoughts are with the family at this extremely difficult time.
“The death is being treated as unexplained but not suspicious at this time.”
