AUSTRALIAN star Jordy Bos had to be carried from the field in the World Cup last 32 tie against Egypt following a horror tackle.

And the offender didn’t even receive a yellow card – much to the chagrin of Aussie boss Paul Okon.

The Feyenoord left-back, 23, was on the end of a strong tackle from Egyptian Zizo.

To be fair, Hafez won the ball first but he also went straight through Bos leaving the speedster receiving treatment for a substantial period of time.

As Bos eventually left the field at half-time, he could be seen unable to put any weight on his left leg before he was replaced by Kai Trewin.

Okon told SBS at half-time: “Terrible tackle.

“From what we understand, the referee played advantage but he doesn’t come back and book the player.

“Disappointing.”
