ATLETICO MADRID are willing to sell Julian Alvarez to Arsenal, according to reports.

But the Argentine forward is not interested in moving to the Emirates.

Alvarez’s Atletico future has come under the microscope this summer amid major interest from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

And Arsenal are also thought to be keen.

According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivo , however, the ex-Manchester City star, 26, only wants Barcelona.

Atletico have been desperate to keep their star man around this summer.

But club chiefs are now said to have accepted that his situation has become “untenable” in the Spanish capital.

It’s claimed that Atletico bosses WOULD sanction a sensational move to Arsenal.

Although at this stage, Alvarez is set to hold out for his preferred destination instead.
