WILLIAM SALIBA gifted an Arsenal ballboy a shirt after leaving him fuming during a recent match.

The incident in question had occurred during the over earlier this month.

As he celebrated Jurrien Timber’s winner, Saliba booted a ball off its cone and into the stand.

Eagle-eyed social media users spotted the , waving his hands and rolling his eyes in frustration.

Exiting the home dressing room last night, greeted the same ballboy with a handshake.

The Frenchman asked “Are you good?” before adding: “Sorry for the last time.”

After the ballboy said “That’s alright,” Saliba brandished a shirt for the lad and continued: “Now we’re good.”

The ballboy held the top in wide-eyed disbelief, saying: “Oh my God!”

Saliba then said: “I hope you forgive me now. Back together.”

The kid said “I forgive you” before the pair shared a brief hug.

Smiling Saliba then asked him for a picture, with both of them posing with their thumbs up for the subsequent snap.

Saliba has been in stunning form for the Gunners this season, playing 25 times in the league and 37 games in all competitions.

Arsenal will be back in action this Sunday when they take on in the League Cup final.
