The report claims that the Gunners are planning a “considerable reshuffle” in the summer transfer window.
There is a desire to cash in on a senior player which would allow the North London club more “headroom” to cope with the Premier League’s Squad Cost Ratio.
It is also suggested that Kvaratskhelia’s camp is “open to the idea” of the switch.
The Georgian international scored three times across two legs against in the Champions League last 16 tie.
The former Napoli man is thought to be capable of “elevating the level” of Arsenal’s squad.
However, PSG’s Qatari owners are not keen on a sale of the player who is viewed as a prized asset.
Club sources are reported to have deemed Kvaratskhelia as “unsellable”.
This season has seen the star score 12 goals and assist seven more in 37 appearances in all competitions.
His performances have helped the club continue their dominance in Ligue 1.
PSG are currently top of the league table – one point ahead of RC Lens with a game in hand.
After dumping Chelsea out of the Champions League, PSG will take on Liverpool in the quarter-finals.
The first leg is set to take place at Anfield on April 14, giving Kvaratskhelia another chance to impress against Premier League opposition.
