ARSENAL players not going to the World Cup are set to travel to Dubai for a training camp and face multiple friendlies in the break, according to reports.
Mikel Arteta’s side sit top of the table with just one Premier League game remaining before the pause for the tournament in Qatar.
The Gunners look set to keep busy during the hiatus but after their final match versus Wolves at the weekend the players will be given ten days off, claim The Athletic.
They are then expected to return to training in London while some of there teammates are in action in the World Cup group stages.
Arsenal are planning to fly the squad out to Dubai on December 4 to practice in the warm-weather to keep their fitness up.
Over in the United Arab Emirates they are reportedly set for friendly matches against Lyon and AC Milan.
The Gunners are rumoured to face the Ligue 1 side on December 8 and then face the Italian champions five days later.
Reports suggest that there could be a round-robin exhibition tournament taking place with Liverpool also involved, however Jurgen Klopp’s men are not expected to face the Gunners.
There is hope this plan will be finalised and officially announced next week.
Arsenal are then due to return to London on December 14 where they could then play a third and final friendly at the Emirates Stadium.

The likes of Ben White and Gabriel Martinelli could also remain with the club if they don’t make the cut for England and Brazil respectively.
