A POPULAR Arsenal pub was forced to close until further notice after a devastating fire broke out in the basement.
The Tollington Arms is the most famous hangout for Gunners fans and is located close to the Emirates in Holloway.

However, the award-winning pub will remain closed for “a little while” after the unfortunate accident.
That means Arsenal fans will have to find somewhere else to watch Saturday’s clash with and the same will most likely apply for the coming fixtures.
The Tollington tweeted: “We’re really sorry to let you know that, following a fire in our basement, the pub will be closed tomorrow for the Leeds game & will almost certainly remain closed for a little while.
“It’s a difficult time for us, & we’re sorry to disappoint everyone who was planning to join us.”
The Tolly added: “Please make alternative plans for tomorrow – we can’t apologise enough for the disruption.
“We’ll keep you updated here as soon as we know more. Thank you for your patience, understanding and support.”
fans were left absolutely heartbroken but stormed social media to show their support for their favourite pub.
One fan tweeted: “Oh no. Really sorry to hear that guys.”

Another commented: “Awful to hear this! Just know that when you do reopen, you’ll have your support back!
A third wrote: “I’m so so sorry to hear this! Hope you get up and running again soon!”
This fan said: “So sorry to hear that.”
That one added: “Absolutely gutted for you all there. Hopefully everyone is ok and you’ll be back open asap.”
And a comment read: “Sorry to hear this… Hoping you guys open up again soon!”
