MYLES LEWIS-SKELLY has reportedly been offered to Chelsea and Man United after falling out of favour at Arsenal.
The left-back has seen his first team prospects dry up under Mikel Arteta, who has just signed Newcastle midfielder Bruno Guimaraes for £75million.
