ARSENAL are reportedly leading the chase to sign Oscar Mingueza on a free transfer this summer.
The is set to be a free agent once his contract at Celta Vigo expires in June.

Mingueza, 26, has been at Celta since 2022 after joining in a £2million deal from .
The Telegraph have claimed that he has attracted interest from multiple Premier League sides.
The list includes , with the leading the way for his signature.
The defender has hinted at a move to the Premier League after he signed with English agency Unique Sports Group.
The agency also represents the likes of Manchester City’s Marc Guehi, Newcastle’s and Arsenal’s .
The report has added that the Gunners’ top target for the right-back role this summer is the Magpies star Tino Livramento.
The former Southampton has also been linked with a move to the Cityzens.
Mingueza is said to be considered an alternative option for the Gunners.
Villa have been a long-term admirer of the four-time Spain international and views him as able to compete with Matty Cash at Villa Park.
Arsenal are looking for competition with and Mingueza can replicate his ability to play both right and centre-back.
Mingueza came through the famous La Masia academy at Barcelona and went on to make 66 appearances for the first team in all competitions.
He was a part of the Barca side that won the Copa del Rey in 2021.
As well as his four caps for Spain, he has also featured twice for the Catalonia national team.
Mingueza has also gained interest from elsewhere in Europe with reportedly keen.
The giants are believed to be keen on adding another option to their backline with Emil Holm the current first-choice at right back.
Celta are still attempting to tie down Mingueza to a new deal with reports suggesting a wage increase to £67,000-a-week.
Arsenal are also in the market for a new attacker and have been tipped with an .
The international is wanted by but the Gunners are also keen.
It is believed that the former prospect could fetch at least £80million this summer.
