The former two-time heavyweight world champion has now made a statement about his next fight with Paul.
AJ has insisted that he is keen to take part in opportunities that will do “massive numbers” and “break every record”.
He also shared some stern words for his rival and claimed he is going to “break” his face.
He said: “Jake or anyone can get this work. No mercy.
“I took some time out and I’m coming back with a mega show. It’s a big opportunity for me.
“Whether you like it or not, I’m here to do massive numbers, have big fights and break every record whilst keeping cool, calm and collected.
“Mark my words, you’ll see a lot more fighters take these opportunities in the future.
“I’m about to break the internet over Jake Paul’s face.”
AJ also took to social media after the announcement as he shared the fight poster.

The fight will be a sanctioned professional heavyweight clash contested over eight three-minute rounds.
The boxers will have to wear 10oz gloves and a – AJ has weighed over 250lbs for his last five fights.
