MARRIED At First Sight UK is returning with a fresh batch of hopefuls looking to skip the dating process.

Who is Anita from Married at First Sight UK 2025?
Anita is a 54-year-old operations manager from Durham.
She’s one of the new contestants featuring in UK 2025.
She is a proud mother of two, as well as a grandmother to three grandchildren.
Anita’s life took a dramatic turn when, within the space of six weeks, she lost her mum, her job, and her relationship of 17 years came to an end.
This series of events prompted her to overhaul her life completely and embark on a journey of self-discovery.
Since then Anita has embraced adventurous activities including fire-eating, flying helicopters, solo trips to Ibiza — and getting married at first sight.
Now divorced and ready to find love again, Anita is seeking a partner who is equally adventurous.
She hopes to be matched with a “daring silver fox” — someone who shares her recently discovered lust for life.
When is Married At First Sight 2025 on?
kicks off on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
For its first few weeks on E4, the new series will run nightly at 9pm from Sundays through to Wednesdays.
Previously, the show aired Mondays to Thursdays — so MAFS UK on the weekend will be an added bonus for viewers this year.
