ANDREW Mountbatten-Windsor’s right-hand man asked Jeffrey Epstein to help him purchase “prime real estate” in North Korea.

The former prince‘s close adviser David Stern asked Epstein how to get into the country in 2018, claiming he wanted to see Pyongyang’s “No.1”.

Stern contacted the paedophile financier while working for Andrew’s Pitch@Palace business.

The aide – who once called Epstein his boss – attempted to strike business deals in ‘s North Korean regime.

According to newly released Epstein files, Stern asks the convicted sex trafficker in a 2018 email: “I want to go to to see No.1.

“Via US channels seems best. How?”

The close Andrew assistant then asks in a follow-up message if , ‘s former adviser, can help fix a meeting with Kim.

Stern says: “Ask Bannon to get me to North Korea??

“I want to buy prime real estate. I have the money.”

Epstein then sends back an email, detailing how he was “not sure about sanctions”.

The three million new documents released by the Department of Justice last month shed new light on Stern’s association with Epstein and Andrew.

He seemingly served as a go-between for both the ex-Duke of York and Epstein, while also seeking out global business opportunities.

It has also emerged that Stern, a German financier who speaks Mandarin, also struck a secret business pact with through his health tech fund in 2013.

Emails appear to show Stern and Epstein seeking to use Andrew’s “aura and access” to build contacts in China.

He is now believed to be living in Abu Dhabi.

Stern was also pictured sitting next to the late Elizabeth II at an event at St James’s Palace in 2016.

The financier even asked Epstein to be the godfather to one of his children in 2016, The Telegraph reported.

Epstein reportedly refused but described Stern as a “good friend”.

In another email message, he told the late sex offender that he was “taken to a North Korean restaurant in Beijing” that allegedly served steamed dog legs.

Some of their conversations also allegedly often contained lewd messages and images.

Who is David Stern?

SHARING cosy emails with paedo Jeffrey Epstein, accompanying Andrew on trade visits, and even sitting next to the Queen – just who is David Stern?

With his name featuring some 7,461 times in the Epstein files – the German businessman was a close ally of both the former Duke of York and the vile multimillionaire sex fiend.

Stern – who can be seen smiling in a picture with the ex-Duke and Duchess of York – seemingly acted like a middle between the two friends.

He is mentioned in the bombshell documents as early as 2009 – during an email exchange between Sarah Ferguson and Epstein.

And he is even pictured sitting alongside the late Queen Elizabeth at an event at St James’s Palace in 2016.

Stern also tells Epstein “I am always on your team!” in an email in 2016.

Stern, now understood to be 48, joined the former Duke of York on multiple taxpayer-funded trade missions in September and October 2010.

The pair travelled to Hong Kong and Chinese cities Beijing and Shenzhen together.

But emails revealed that Stern had been in close contact with Epstein – who he referred to at least once as “my boss”.

And it appears he would let Epstein know about Andrew’s movements, calling him “PA”.

He had been exchanging messages with the disgraced financier since as early as 2009 – often seeking advice on business deals.

Over time, the pair grew so close that Stern had even asked the convicted paedophile to be the godfather to his child in 2016.

Epstein replied, saying he “must decline” as he already had a goddaughter.

“As you know, for good and for bad, I always keep my word,” Epstein said.

Stern – also describes Epstein as his “good friend”.
