AMY Childs has revealed before and after pictures of her weight loss transformation, but says she accidentally found herself dropping down the scale too dramatically.
It comes as the reality star, 35, sparked fears she had quit The Only Way Is Essex earlier this month as it was revealed

In a new post, Amy shared two dramatically different pictures of herself and revealed she has been on a pre-wedding health kick
Writing to her 1.1 million Instagram followers, Amy said: “Can’t believe I’m uploading this picture but here goes. The journey so far.
“So I have to be honest with you all I was overweight and unhappy and wanted to achieve..”
Continuing, Amy admitted that her quest to lose weight coincided with a bout of stress – meaning she dropped more than originally planned.
“So I decided to lose weight, during that process, I battled with stress and lost a little more than I wanted, and now I am working with jon to start phase 2!! Which I am so excited about.
“Which is increase muscle mass, to gain healthy weight and become more toned! (Will keep you updated with pictures on my story),” she explained, tagging her personal trainer and health coach Jon Kirk.
Amy said: “Got to be honest I am finding this is harder than losing weight , but with @jon_jkphysique been so supportive, understanding and the expert at nutrition, we are a work in progress.
“His results are amazing, for people who want to drop fat, improve their health or understand nutrition, so I know I am in good hands with @jon_jkphysique.
She added: “Also did I say I’m getting married this year”.
Taking to the comment section, fans praised Amy for her candid post, as one said: “You look great, love your honesty”.
“Go on girl! You got this,” said another.
It comes after Amy sparked fears she’s leaving TOWIE as she and co-star skipped out on the show’s annual trip abroad.
While the rest of the cast headed to Vietnam – – Amy remained back home.
A source said: “Lauren Goodger and won’t be flying out to Vietnam to join the rest of the cast in this series.”
“Despite hopes that they’d join the cast later in the trip, they’ve decided to skip the cast away trip altogether.
“Lauren appeared on the trip last year and had a blast, but she’s busy with work projects and same with Amy.
“They’re letting the younger cast take the lead this series when it comes to the abroad trip.”
But ITV2 fans can be rest assured that the pair will still be filming scenes in .
The source added: “Lauren and Amy will still be on this series, but have opted to stay at home in Essex.
“While the gang are out in Vietnam, Lauren and Amy will still be filming scenes from Essex and giving fans updates on their life.”
While another insider said: “With the aboard trips, it’s storyline dependent, so not everyone will go and it’s about getting the right mix.
“Amy and Lauren will be staying in Essex, where filming will continue simultaneously, there’s always plenty of drama there!”
