FRESH grief has struck Alice Evans as the actress revealed her beloved brother has tragically passed away.
The star posted a heartfelt message on Instagram about her “beautiful, perfect brother” and shared her devastation with fans as tributes poured in.
Last week, Alice asked for prayers for her brother Tony, revealing it’s “not looking good.”
She has previously revealed that her brother Tony has been through a lot of trauma, and they appear to share a very close bond.
Now, she has shared her heartbreak after her sibling tragically passed away following years of health struggles.
Alice shared a series of touching photos from their childhood together, as well as special moments from each other’s weddings,
She wrote in the caption: “I can’t believe I’m writing this.
On Thursday, at 6.42pm, our beloved Tone left this earth.
“My brother, my best friend, the most incredible husband to Rachel, and beloved Uncle Tone to my girls who became so close to him in these past few years thanks to the wonders of face time.
“Tony was the kindest, most loyal, funniest, warm person I could have ever hoped to have had as a sibling.
“He will leave a gaping hole in the lives of me and the girls, that I have no idea how I will fill.
“Rachel, you are the strongest person I know and this week has been hell for all of us but especially you.
“You are the most caring, beautiful person and my sister forever. You and Tone were meant for each other.
“I have never met another couple so in love and so dedicated. It’s just unthinkable that your story has to end here.
“Tone – I don’t remember life without you in it and I have no idea how to even go about trying. RIP my beautiful, perfect brother.”
Tributes quickly flooded in from friends and fans, with many sending messages of love and support to Alice during her devastating loss.
One commented: “I’m so so sorry for your family’s loss. Hold on to the lovely memories you all had. Stay strong.”
Another wrote: “Oh Alice.. My prayers are with you at this difficult time… I send you all my courage.”
A third penned: “Deepest sympathies to you and your family, such sad news. Take care.”
The sad news comes after her ex Ioan Gruffudd tried to make a restraining order permanent.
Welsh actor Ioan, who is a dad to Ella, 15, and Elsie, 11 with his ex Alice, obtained a restraining order in 2022 against her.
Ioan blasted Alice for allegedly getting Ella to file her own restraining order against him – and for stopping their two daughters from going to therapy.
She has attempted to make his restraining order against his ex-wife permanent, but the lawyer representing him quit the case.
Alice has denied stalking or contacting the star in any way.
Ioan is currently facing a scheduling conference in September where he and Alice will attempt to reach an agreement on spousal and child support.
During this, if he and Alice cannot reach an agreement on whether the restraining order gets scrapped or extended, then their divorce will come to trial.
Meanwhile, Ioan and his second wife Bianca are expecting their first child together.
Posting a sweet black and white photo of the pair, Ioan can be seen kissing Aussie Bianca ‘s blossoming baby bump.
In the caption, they wrote: “Baby Gruffudd poppin’ out to say hello!”
He and Bianca first went public with their relationship in 2021.
The couple first announced their engagement back in January 2024.
The Fantastic Four star shared a beaming snap with Bianca on Instagram as they jointly announced their news.
Bianca flashed her engagement ring and a happy smile while Ioan took a selfie.
He revealed he was looking forward to giving marriage another go, captioning the photo on Instagram: “The most precious thing happened…”
