ALAN SHEARER has revealed a string of painful-looking injuries after being caught up in a nasty bike crash.
The England legend shared a glimpse of the damage on his Instagram story, showing cuts and scrapes following the incident.

Shearer, 55, appeared to have suffered wounds to both his hand and legs, with visible grazes suggesting he came off his bike hard.
Despite the crash, the former Newcastle striker seemed in good spirits as he posted the update for fans online.
He captioned it: “Ouch. Pot holes on the bike are not good.”
It remains unclear exactly how the accident happened, but the snaps show the toll the fall has taken on the Premier League icon.
Fans will be relieved, however, that Shearer was able to share the update himself, suggesting the injuries, while painful, are not serious.
