"Adam Peaty's Aunt Launches New Criticism of Swimmer and Wife Holly, Alleging He's Distanced Himself from His 84-Year-Old 'Olympic Nan'"

ADAM Peaty’s aunt Louise has hit out at her estranged nephew in another social media rant, claiming he has ‘gaslit’ his ‘Olympic’ nan Mavis.

Louise, 58, has been outspoken throughout the bitter family feud that has seen Adam, 31, distance himself from parents Mark and Caroline.

Today, a follower on social media platform Threads responded to one of saying that Adam seemed like a nice person but seems to have “fallen under the influence of shallow ‘celebrity’ type people.”

Louise replied: “Adam has changed greatly these past twelve months. He never sent Mother’s Day Father’s Day or Christmas cards.

“Even more hurtful he and Holly totally gaslighted our mum, his so called ‘Olympic Nan’. She’s nearly 84 not in the best of health. Adam and Holly never sent a little gift, a Christmas card or even sent a merry Christmas text. I mean, come on, what has nan done wrong?”

Proud Mavis developed her own cult following over the years as she travelled the world to watch her grandson and gave gushing interviews about his swimming successes.

Once she even got a temporary lion tattoo on her arm to match Adam’s ink.

She previously said: “Through his achievements, I haven’t missed out on anything,” she said. “He’s always got me involved as well as his mum and dad, which is nice, because not everybody does that.

“Since he won at the Olympics, it’s been exciting for me and it’s given me a good lease of life, something to aim for and look forward to.”

But and it appears only Adam’s sister Bethany has access to him at the moment.

The feud stems from Caroline being snubbed from Holly’s hen-do and then uninvited from the couple’s December wedding.

Dad Mark was invited but only if he sat at the back of Bath Abbey, which he found disrespectful.

Adam’s brother James was arrested last year after allegedly sending threatening text messages while his sibling was on his stag do in Budapest.

Since then the Peaty’s have accused Adam’s father-in-law Gordon Ramsay of being a bully, which the chef has denied.

Earlier today, Louise asked “how could you?” after it was revealed Adam calls Gordon ‘dad’.

Admitting she had “tears” in her eyes while writing the lengthy post, Louise wrote: “Oh Adam your poor dad. How could you?

“That man literally worked his hands bloody in order that you could pursue your dream… He worked long long days as a brickie – a hard laborious back breaking job. He did it without moan or complaint.”

Describing the new revelation as a “slap in the face”, Louise then furiously continued: “You credit Mr Ramsay as your dad.

“You credit Mel [swimming coach Mel Marshall] for shaping you into the man you are today. What about your mum and dad? You are a complete and utter tool.”

Louise also hit out at the Ramsay family directly, which followed the chef as he opened new restaurants at venue 22 Bishopsgate and featured family milestones such as Holly and Adam’s engagement party.

She wrote: “The Ramsays, Adam and Holly know they have done wrong which is why they are love bombing on tv, online and in the newspapers. They have a pr team that makes their s***e look like spun gold…

“However we have something that trumps that and its called THE TRUTH. You can fool people some of the time but eventually the truth outs. Look at the nastiness in his documentary.”

Earlier this week, Gordon divulged just how close he is to his daughter’s husband as he revealed: “He calls me dad. He messaged me and said ‘Hey dad what have you got? Hey dad, are you around later?’

“And it’s just like ‘Oh my God’. Incredible. And what a lovely couple. They are a dream for Tana and I.”

Talking on Gaby Roslin’s Reasons To Be Joyful podcast, Gordon continued to laud the star: “ is one of the most gorgeous disciplined young men you’ll ever hope to meet, and just so focused.”

Rumours of a fallout between Adam, Holly and the Olympian’s family emerged in November.

Holly and Adam are yet to speak out on the family feud, but Gordon and actually welcomed the Peaty’s with open arms.
