A human rights activist, Comrade Israel Joe, has condemned the Federal High Court of Canada for declaring the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as terrorist organizations in its ruling.
This was contained in a statement sent to our correspondent in Warri by Joe.
“I wish to fundamentally condemn the ruling of a Canadian court labelling APC and PDP members as terrorist organisations.
“While we continue to be aggrieved with a lot of handlers of these parties, it is noteworthy to state fundamentally that everyone in the party should not be brandished with such a name.
“This, however, declares the position of our collective global image as a nation and country struggling to have a better leader and nationalist.
“It also tells our politicians that something more disgracing is coming upon them and their children if they are not careful. Patriotism should be the core of our democratic creed in going forward.”
