Solar of MAMAMOO has her own way of building her banging body â she’s well-known for having taken up pole dancing as a hobby, and it’s a lot harder than it looks! She has a ton of upper body strength, and it really shows.
3. fromis_9’s Lee Saerom
A long-time gym rat, Lee Saerom of fromis_9 is unapologetically buff. Her confidence is magnetic, and she really draws eyes on stage. All of her hard work in the gym gives her an extra boost that levels up her visuals even more!
4. AleXa
Soloist AleXa may be small in stature, but her arm muscles speak for themselves! Her Instagram is filled with pics of her incredible body, and her muscles are a fashion statement on their own. She’s so underrated!
5. Red Velvet’s Yeri
The original pilates princess, Yeri of Red Velvet has been committed to her pilates routine for years. It gives her unparalleled strength and flexibility, which really adds to her stage performances. There’s no denying how great she looks!
6. TWICE’s Jihyo
The leader of TWICE, it’s clear that she’s setting a great example â a lot of the other members have some gorgeous, toned muscles too! Jihyo’s gym habit has clearly paid off for her. She’s got muscles for days!
