Argentina have qualified for the quarter-final of the 2026 World Cup, following a thrilling 3-2 win over Egypt on Tuesday evening.
The current holders had to overcome a two-goal deficit, to continue their quest to retain the trophy.
The Pharoahs scored twice through Yasser Ibrahim and Mostafa Zico in either half to take control of the match, as Lionel Messi missed a penalty.
But Argentina found goals from Cristian Romero, Messi and Enzo Fernandez to move into the last eight.
Albiceleste will now face either Switzerland or Colombia next.
As it stands, three quarter-final fixtures have now been confirmed.
Belgium play Spain, England will face Norway, while France will take on Morocco.
