Norway U-20 head coach, Bjorn Johansen has reflected on his side’s victory over the Flying Eagles of Nigeria, DAILY POST reports.

The Europeans recorded a 1-0 victory over Aliyu Zubairu’s side in Talca on Monday.

Captain Rasmus Holten’s ninth minute penalty separated both teams on the night.

Johansen said it was important for his team to start their campaign on a winning note.

“Winning is very important, getting the three points. Every game is going to be fought until the end. Now we’ll play a final against Saudi Arabia,” Johansen was quoted by FIFA.com.

Norway will face Colombia in their next game on Thursday.

The Colombians defeated Saudi Arabia 1-0 in their opening fixture.
