Published on May 18, 2025 at 07:58 AM

Nigeria’s Flying Eagles will be without key duo, Ebenezer Harcourt and Odinaka Okoro in Sunday’s (today) with Egypt.

The third-place encounter will hold at the 30 June Air Defence Stadium, Cairo.

Harcourt has been ruled out of game due to injury, while Okoro is suspended.

Goalkeeper, Harcourt sustained an injury in Nigeria’s 2-1 semi-final defeat to South Africa.

Ajia Yakubu is expected to replace him in goal against the Young Pharaohs.

Okoro picked up a yellow card in the same game which ruled him out of tonight’s encounter.

The clash with the hosts will kick-off at 4pm Nigeria time.
