A SUPERB Japan eased past Tunisia in the 1,000th World Cup game of all time.
Japan went into their second fixture having been held to a 1-1 draw by the Netherlands, while Tunisia were thrashed by Sweden.

The East Asian nation were not done there as Ueda made it a brace for himself in the 84th minute.
Ueda would not be given the opportunity to score a hat-trick as boss Hajime Moriyasu then took him off.
Japan cruised to victory to go second in Group F – only behind the Netherlands on goals scored.
They will surely be in the knockout rounds, while Tunisia are now unable to qualify for the final stages of the tournament.
Renard would have been hoping to have made it a fairytale return to the international management stage.
But the French boss could not help the North African’s avoid a second successive hiding at the World Cup.
