One reseller has shared the top three things you should be selling “right now” as they are in “high demand.”
Liv, who sells hundreds of pounds worth of vintage clothes on each week, gave her advice for those starting out.
On her @thelivneedham account, she shared the things you should look out for in shops or in your wardrobe if they are no longer loved..
Wool items
Firstly, even though is coming to an end, Liv recommended that wool items or wool blend items are “flying” for her at the moment.
She explained: “Whether it’s alpaca wool, lambs wool, merino wool, or just wool in general, making sure you have that in the title.
“The higher percentage of wool the item is, the better it will sell and the quicker it will sell.”
She also advised that she was getting more sales from having the wool items laid flat, rather than being hung up.
Sports gear
The second item on her list is and rugby items – particularly with the return of the Rugby .
Liv said: “At the moment anything rugby related, Rugby, Welsh Rugby is flying out.
“And obviously we’ve got the football world cup coming up this year, so any kind of country kits and England football tops, anything like that is selling really well.
“It doesn’t just necessarily have to be a football shirt or rugby shirt, but anything related.
“So men’s long sleeve rugby tops in general, because the men like to go to the pub and watch the rugby in their rugby shirt.”

Low-waisted shorts
Finally, she recommended that you list women’s low waisted mini shorts.
Liv said that the shorter the shorts, the better.
She added: “Literally if they look like knickers, they are gonna sell.
“Low waisted is better than high waisted.
“The more embellishment, pretty embroidery and things on them, the more you’ll be able to get for them.”

VINTED whizz Rose Claire took to YouTube to share her top tips for making sales on the site.
Here are the reseller’s for raking in sales…
Bumping Items For Free
To bump items to the top of the search results on Vinted you have to pay a fee.
However, Rose revealed that there is a simple way to get around this.
She explained that if an item hasn’t sold you can simply delete the listing and then re-upload it again.
As Vinted shows items in the list that they are uploaded, the re-uploaded items will appear at the top of the search feed.
White Background
Rose revealed that when taking pictures of items, you should always make sure to use a white or plain background.
“Don’t use anything colourful or that’s hard to digest visually”, she said.
She also makes sure that there are absolutely no creases or ruffles in her clothes and takes pictures in bright lighting to show off the items as best she can.
“I think the more pictures the better”, she added.
Accurate Description
To get the most accurate description of the items, Rose tries to find the original listing of the products on the websites she bought them from.
This way, she can use as many keywords as possible in the description.
“I recommend saying everything you can in the description”, she said.
“Just fill it out.”
