A WOMAN has revealed how she’s able to buy a house at just 23 after allegedly making an eye-watering £200k in just ten months.

The cash-savvy TikToker took to to share more about how she generates the astronomical income – and it’s all thanks to a wallet-friendly £67 investment.
”I was so sick and tired of working 9-5, living my life for someone else, being told when I could have a lunch break,” Elizabeth told her TikTok followers.
As a result, Elizabeth decided to take matters into her own hands and change her .
Determined to earn cash without being tied down, Elizabeth discovered – products that are created, distributed and consumed in an electronic format.
Digital products refer to digital files that buyers can purchase and download instantly.
Examples include printable art, digital planners, e-books, stock photos and more.
According to Elizabeth, she forked out £67 for a one-time fee on a digital product – which she could then resell ”over and over again for 100% profit”.
She went on in the video : ”I didn’t even have to make it.
”This is exactly how I made my first £100,000 – I’ve expanded and have made my own products since.”
These products, she explained, you can either create yourself on an app called Canva – or simply buy one created for you and then resell for profit.

Do I need to pay tax on my side hustle income?

If you fail to you could end up with a surprise bill from HMRC later on asking you to pay the tax you owe – plus extra fees on top.
