The Governor of Niger State, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has officially sworn in 30 commissioners, 25 elected council chairmen along with their deputies, and various board members.

The oaths of office and allegiance were administered by the Chief Judge, Justice Halima Ibrahim Abdulmalik, who was represented by Justice Maimuna Abubakar during a ceremony held at the Hauwa Wali Multi-purpose Hall in Minna.
