THE first day’s filming of Britain’s Go Talent have been mysteriously postponed.
Auditions were due to start today at the Hippodrome theatre in as part of the show spending a week in the city.

They are then due to head up to for a second week of auditions.
Judges , , and new panel member were all due to appear in a photocall tomorrow too.
It now looks like the whole week of Birmingham auditions have now been postponed.
Members of the public who were due to be in the audience of the auditions were all emailed by ticket providers to be told the bad news this morning.
As recently as yesterday the official BGT account was still appealing for potential performers to come forward to audition.
They said: “We’re so back… Who’s joining us for the start of our #BGT Series 19 Auditions tomorrow!? And for any late-comers, there’s still time to apply! Click the link and maybe we’ll be seeing YOU on that stage.”
Rumours have been swirling on Twitter since audience members were informed with one user commenting: “So strange how its cancelled yet bgt haven’t said anything.”
One user, who seemed to have been informed of the axing of the audition dates said: “No one is answering the phones.”
Another tried to contact BGT through X asking: “Can we have an update please on bgt auditions. Is just today thats cancelled or all of them. Really poor with lack of communication.”
It is thought hundreds of people still turned up at the Hippodrome this morning, with the response from locals being on a par with a minor disaster.
The pub opposite posted online: “Notice to anyone receiving cancellation emails too late this morning: I run The Dragon Inn, J D Wetherspoon across from the Hippodrome.
“Anyone that finds themselves in the area disappointed and unsure, if you show your booked tickets email at the bar inside the dragon we will do a free refillable coffee/tea/hot chocolate with all breakfast orders before 11:30am.”
An official spokeswoman said: “Due to unforeseen circumstances today’s filming of BGT has been postponed.”
