A WOMAN known as ‘Muscle Mum’ has revealed what she looked like before her transformation.

Kristina Parks , from the US, took to social media to show off her muscly physique but it seemed that not everyone was a fan.

In a recent clip, the mum showed off heras she wore a cut-out black .

Flexing her muscles, she wrote: “I’m the nicest person you’ll ever meet… but… if you’re mean, be prepared… I’m meaner.”

But it seemed that viewers didn’t heed her warning as they were quick to share their thoughts in the comments.

One person wrote: “What the hell is that?”

Another commented: “Why would anyone do this to their body?”

“I wouldn’t call you pretty, a mess more like,” penned a third.

But it seems the mum knows how to hit back at the trolls, as she responded to one mean comment with a video.

The comment read: “Those hard implants are so encapsulated they look terrible. Time to change them.”

The bodybuilder wasn’t going to let the bully win and hit back: “They’re actually quite squishy like regular boobies.

“See, they’re not encapsulated at all. They feel great. People think they’re really hard, but it’s because I wear tight tops sometimes. I really smash those suckers in.

“But I’m gonna assume you know more about maybe than I do. Maybe you have some inside knowledge.”

Despite the negative comments, the ‘Muscle Mum’ was proud of her looks and showed a before and after of her weight lifting journey.

In the first image, Kristina looked like your typical mum.

She wrote: “Mum transformation incoming.

While there were trolls in the comments, Kristina also has an army of 256,000 supporters inspired by her strength.

Meanwhile a fourth said: “I think you look unique and quite fabulous.”

“A baddie,” claimed a fifth.

Someone else added: “Wish I had your discipline!”
