Published on May 07, 2025 at 09:01 AM

Arsenal manager, Mikel Arteta, has claimed his team has been unlucky in their quest to win major trophies.

Arteta was speaking to reporters ahead of their trip to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League semi-final second leg.

The Spaniard insists it is all about “being in the right moment in the right place”;.

Liverpool have been crowned Premier League champions this season and are currently a whopping 15 points clear of the Gunners.

But Arteta said Arsenal’s points total of the last two seasons would have given them two Premier Leagues.

“Liverpool have won the title with less points than we had in the last two seasons.

“With the points of the last two seasons, we have two Premier Leagues.

“Hopefully here we are in the right moment in the right place in Paris tomorrow to earn the right to be in the final,”; Arteta said.
