The 29-year-old has been linked with a move to Premier League club, Everton.
The talented winger has six goals and eight assists in Ligue 1 this season.
Simon arrived in Nantes from Spanish club, Levante in 2020.
Antoine Kamboure’s side are expected to demand around â¬15m for the player.
