For a muted makeup look that doesn’t appear flat, Kep1er’s Xiaoting leans into the glossy, dewy finishes. By keeping her blush centered under her eyes and maximizing the curl in her lashes, she retains that lifted, youthful look. Just because the color is out doesn’t mean that the flair has to go with it! There’s no doubt that a high-maintenance look in the heat of Coachella would be a hinderance, so it’s not surprising that Rosé chose this gorgeous, understated makeup.
