The Nationwide League One (NLO) has granted pardon to Mallick Olasunkanmi, Sporting Director of La Planet FC, following an appeal submitted by the club.

Olasunkanmi was suspended for allegedly harassing both match and league officials in the NLO matchday five encounter against Dohz FA on Sunday.

The NLO confirmed that the suspension previously handed to the club official has now been officially lifted.

The NLO disclosed this in an address to the Kwara State Football Association.

The letter reads: “The NLO received an appeal on the suspended officials of La Planet FC Ilorin.

“Sequel to the above, the NLO secretariat hereby pardoned Mr. Abdulmalik Olasunkanmi of La Planet FC and the suspension is hereby lifted. He’s hereby warned to control his emotions during the game.”;

Meanwhile the NLO also clarified that the red card sanction issued to the team manager, Moshood Olalekan, shall be limited strictly to game regulations, with no additional disciplinary extension.
