Providing further clarification, Lawan Hussaini Dala stated that the newly established agency will have full authority to take action against anyone who violates traffic regulations in Kano State.
“The new agency will have full powers to arrest and prosecute anyone who breaks traffic laws in Kano,”;; he said.
The Assembly also assured that it will monitor the agency’s operations closely to ensure it operates strictly within the limits of the law that established it.
