But while Elizabeth Marie thought getting a head spa would be “fun,” she was instead left with .

Posting on , Elizabeth opened up on the horrifying experience as she said: “Go to a head spa, they said, it’ll be fun and relaxing, they said.”

But moments later, Elizabeth gave a close-up look at her badly tangled hair after the popular treatment.

The blonde added: “Well, this is my hair after eight and a half hours of poking and prodding and trying to unmat it.

“They were supposed to massage and make my hair all soft – well, yeah, here it looks glued.”

Desperate for help, Elizabeth confirmed that this would be her “first and last” time going for a head spa.

She explained that she had “tried everything” to untangle the knots but was “at the point of giving up.”
