How to get your helper

The first step is to get in touch with Good Life Sorted , either by phone or online.

You’ll need to explain you or a family member’s exact needs, so they can match you with the right helper.

Once your helper is confirmed, your free visit – where you’ll get to know your helper – will take place. If you’re happy you just agree to your ongoing visits with the helper at a time that suits you.

The schedule is flexible, and you can change, customise, or cancel it at any time.

At the end of each month, you’ll be billed only for the hours your helper worked – with a simple direct debit.
