His clinical form has continued at Fulham, where he has both taken and scored 11 penalties since.

Following his calm conversion against in December, he matched Premier League record for the most penalties taken and converted without a single miss.

Jimenez and Toure are the only players to boast a double-digit record, although is not far behind with nine.

Whilst Jimenez looks to extend his perfect run of penalties, his style is composed, clinical and he’s also admitted that he deliberately waits for the goalkeeper to commit before slotting his spot-kicks home.

This is partly the reason why he has only two career misses out of 45 attempts.

His first miss came for Mexico in 2018, and the second occured in a yellow shirt during a Europa League game with Wolves in 2020.

The striker is Mexico’s highest-scoring Premier League player with 65 goals across seven seasons.
