Epstein’s ‘obligations’ under the terms of the twisted contract included teaching the lawyer ‘sex games’
In one email she told Epstein that she “didn’t like sharing” but could procure “Russian and Austrian girls” for him.
was convicted in 2008 of procuring a child for prostitution.
A document from October 2011, reveals a series of favours set out by the lawyer, signed “the apprentice”, for Epstein, the “beneficiary”.
These included “presenting beautiful women”, “accompanying for swimming naked” and “stripping which includes taking off clothes slowly”.
The list also includes, “making full body massages”, “posing naked for the beneficiary in case he wishes to draw or for other purposes”.
“obligations” under the terms of the twisted contract “may include teaching the apprentice to enjoy new sexual games”, the document said.
He would also “assist” the “apprentice” by teaching her “adult life” and “sex if he wishes to do so”.
And, he would “try his best” to take her to the United Nations building in New York where the favours “can be provided”.
The contract, uncovered from the latest Epstein files released by the Department of Justice by website RollOnFriday , appears to be a sick joke rather than a legitimate agreement.
It is understood that the contract was drawn up outside of work.
The young woman was reportedly impressed by Epstein who brought her flights to New York and invited her to his parties.
In one email from 2011, she wrote: “I really would like you to teach me new things. As you asked I googled you.
“Well, maybe your passion is young girls as snowboarding is mine. I’m not scared anyway.”
Amongst other emails, the lawyer can be seen asking for advice on sexual etiquette.
In a message from 2011, the Clifford Chance worker asked: “Should I leave guys’ place after sex like at 3-4 am or should I sleep there when its not my boyfriend?
“I think, personally — I better stay — it makes guy feel good and not used while [the other woman] thinks of escaping right after she had her orgasm…”
She then added: “See how we keep ourselves busy at clifford chance, huh? :)”
Clifford Chance is one of the largest law firms in the world with an annual revenue of £2.4billion, according to a recent financial report.
It opened its Paris outpost in the early 1960s and has more than 34 offices spread across 22 countries.
A spokesperson for Clifford Chance said: “The firm has never acted for Epstein. The correspondence is not related to the business of the firm.”
Other emails released in the latest tranche of files appear show a number of aspiring lawyers discussing career advice with Epstein.
One email, dated June 2012, from an unidentified individual discusses a summer clerkship.
The email asks Epstein to review with what appears to be an application or cover letter.
